The simplest way: request the setup from your client area, share your Closely access, and our team adds your accounts for you. Prefer to do it yourself? Sync each account from Closely's Accounts tab, in its dedicated browser profile.
In the account's dedicated browser profile, sign in to Closely, open Accounts and click Add new account.
Enter the login details from your platform, or add the Closely Chrome extension to this profile and click Connect my account.
If the status shows Pincode, enter the verification code waiting in your MirrorProfiles platform.
When the account shows Active, add it to a campaign and keep it to 100 to 120 connection requests a week.

To do it yourself, open the account's dedicated browser profile, sign in to Closely, go to Accounts and click Add new account. Enter the login details from your platform, or install the Closely Chrome extension in that profile and click Connect my account. If the status shows Pincode, the verification code is waiting in your platform.
Keep each account within our usage rules: 100 to 120 connection requests a week, up to 40 messages a day, and no profile visits. Closely's own guidance goes up to 30 connection requests a day for established accounts, which is more than our weekly range, so set your campaign limits to keep each account within 100 to 120 a week.
One per seat: a Closely seat covers one LinkedIn account and one mailbox, and plans come with 1, 3, 5 or 10+ accounts. The account on a seat can be replaced at any time. On our side you rent accounts one by one, with no commitment, so your accounts follow your seats as your team grows.
Closely Starter costs $65 a month for one LinkedIn account on monthly billing, and plans for 3 and 5 accounts cost $159 and $259 a month (Closely pricing, checked in October 2026). Annual billing lowers the monthly price, and every plan includes white label.
No. Closely works with a basic LinkedIn account. With Sales Navigator Core, you can launch a campaign from a Sales Navigator search of up to 2,500 contacts, against 1,000 from a basic search. Advanced and Advanced Plus are not supported directly yet, and Closely suggests exporting those leads to CSV through its extension.
Each LinkedIn profile has a natural weekly capacity, and a personal one also holds your rep's own network. Dedicated MirrorProfiles accounts let you add Closely seats without putting your team's personal profiles in your campaigns. If a rep leaves, the account on their seat and its connections stay with your company.
