No. Those connections come from the warmup, they are not your prospects. If you want to reach one of them, remove them from the network first, then send a fresh connection request.
The rules exist because they are what keeps an account working. If an account is operated outside our usage rules, it falls outside the replacement guarantee, and where the rules are knowingly disregarded we can withdraw the accounts without refund. Where we do issue a replacement, a 15 day delay applies, and we ask for a commitment to follow the rules going forward. In practice, clients who follow the rules above rarely need us.
We replace it in under 48 hours at no cost. If the replacement takes longer than that, your subscription is credited pro rata for the downtime. You do not have to argue for it.
