MirrorProfiles started in 2022, inside our own B2B prospecting agency. Campaign after campaign, we kept hitting the same wall: asking employees to prospect with their personal accounts was uncomfortable for them, fragile for the company and impossible to scale.
So we solved the problem for ourselves first. We prepared dedicated accounts, warmed them up patiently over months and used them for our own outreach.
It worked. Clients of the agency started asking for the same setup, and MirrorProfiles became its own company: a platform to rent dedicated accounts, personalize them to your brand and manage them all in one place.

The accounts are leased to your company for the length of your subscription, and you drive them from your own tools. That model is also what keeps your prospecting capacity inside the company: when someone leaves your team, the accounts and the connections stay with you. It also means your team’s personal LinkedIn accounts stay out of your outbound entirely.
Export whatever you want to keep before your subscription ends. Once access closes, the account comes back to us and we cannot promise the same one will be free later. At that point we clear the account: messages and pending connection requests are deleted. Your CRM should be the home of your pipeline, not an account inbox.
None of your prospecting data. Your outreach runs between your automation tool and the network, never through our systems. The platform shows you your account portfolio and aggregate figures such as connection counts. No prospect names, no contact details, no message history. You remain the sole controller of the data your campaigns generate.
Yes. MirrorProfiles is an independent infrastructure provider. You choose who you contact and what you send, and you are solely responsible for your campaigns, data protection law included. Our Terms of Service set out the full split of responsibilities.
